- We are unable to submit your removal request to Google within the specified timeframe for your plan
- Google rejects your removal request because it does not meet their eligibility criteria
- We determine during our review that your case does not qualify for removal under Google's policies
- We fail to provide the service as described in your selected plan
- Google successfully processes your removal request (even if the outcome is not what you expected)
- You provided false or misleading information in your submission
- The content owner files a valid counter-notice after successful removal
- You request a refund after Google has already approved and processed the removal
- You change your mind after we have begun processing your case
Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Partial Refunds
For multi-link plans (Standard and Premium), if we successfully remove some but not all of your requested links, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the number of unsuccessful removals. We will discuss this with you on a case-by-case basis.

- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant documentation or correspondence
